we care about the environment and are very conscious of the clothing we are printing on. our wholesaler is located in canada but our apparel is made by an amazing company based out of lA. Their mandate is eco-friendly process. Their three pillars are water reduction, energy reduction and they strive to be virtually zero waste.
WATER REDUCTION: By using newer, more efficient dye machines, they use 7x less water than the average for clothing manufacturers, saving 24 million gallons a week. Any water they do use goes through a filtration system that allows it to be recycled.
ENERGY REDUCTION: they are a green company through and through – taking every opportunity they can to reduce their co2 emissions. at their headquarters they use solar energy to power the sewing and cutting facilities, motion-sensor LED lighting and skylights throughout each building, and electric car charging stations to encourage their employees to go green.
VIRTUALLY ZERO WASTE: their manufacturing facilities and LA Headquarters produce almost no landfill because they recycle pretty much everything that can’t be turned into a tee. they’ve optimized their cutting to reduce plastic use, and excess fabric is recycled into a number of things like baby bibs or stuffing for upholstery. they try to Let nothing go to waste!
